Ride a bike from our rental fleet at a park near the shop for about 15 minutes. You'll see how it fits, how the motor feels, and get your questions answered by the people who will build and service it. Since all sales are final, we recommend a demo before you buy.

Do you have bikes in stock?
We order every bike from Velotric or Vtuvia when you buy it. It ships to our shop, where we assemble and check it. Most bikes are ready in 5–10 business days, and we'll contact you when yours is ready.
Are your prices the same as the brand's website?
Yes. We match the price Velotric and Vtuvia advertise on their own sites, including their sales.
What does the $99 delivery include?
We assemble and safety-check the bike, add Flat Out tire sealant, and deliver it anywhere within 20 miles of our Glendale shop.
How do I know if I'm within 20 miles?

Can I pick it up instead?
Yes. Pickup at our shop near 57th Ave & Bell Rd in Glendale is free. Your bike is fully assembled and checked before you pick it up. Flat Out tire sealant comes with the $99 delivery option.
Can I ride one before I buy?
Yes. Bikes marked "Demo ride available" are in our rental fleet. Request a demo above and we'll meet you at Foothill Aquatic Center, Rio Vista Community Park or Fletcher Heights Trail for about 15 minutes.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Choose Klarna at checkout to pay over time.
Who handles warranty and repairs?
We do. Smitty's is an official service partner for Velotric and Vtuvia, so warranty claims, tune-ups and repairs happen at our service shop. Call Service at (602) 358-2101.
Do you ship bikes or parts?
Bikes are pickup or local delivery only. Parts and accessories ship anywhere in the US for a $10 flat rate, or pick them up free.
Can I return a bike?
No. All sales are final, because every bike is ordered from the manufacturer and assembled for you. That's why we recommend a demo ride first. If something's wrong with the bike, it's covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we handle warranty claims right here at our service shop.
