Manufacturer Warranty Responsibility
We honor manufacturer warranties from the date of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to register their bike with the manufacturer and activate the warranty. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
For bikes purchased directly through us in Phoenix, Arizona, we ensure the bike is in perfect working order prior to delivery. For online orders, we assist with manufacturer warranty claims within a 7-day inspection window (see below for details).

Proper Maintenance
Proper maintenance is essential to ensure your bike functions as it should and to avoid accidents. Customers are responsible for:

- Keeping tires inflated to the recommended pressure.
- Lubricating the chain and other moving parts as needed.
- Ensuring the brakes and other safety features are in good working order.
Failure to maintain the bike properly may void manufacturer warranties and could result in unsafe riding conditions.

For customers located in Phoenix, Arizona, and purchasing a bike directly through us:
- We ensure the bike is in perfect working order prior to delivery.
- If the bike is defective upon delivery, we will work with the manufacturer to address the issue and ensure it is in perfect working condition at no extra cost to you.
- After delivery, we will handle warranty work and seek approval from the manufacturer for brands we are partnered with. Brand partnerships may vary, so please contact us for confirmation.

For customers ordering online and having the bike shipped:
- We do not offer returns for shipped orders.
